Project closeout
The final phase of a project is project closeout. Project closeout includes obtaining customer approval based on the criteria established for success, communications with stakeholders, and disbursement of the project team. A post-implementation project review is also helpful to discuss lessons learned. This assignment addresses a project’s closeout process. Use your team’s project which you began in Week 2.
