Secondly, for this assignment, use the Internet to locate three Whistleblower cases in a specific public administration industry. For example, the cases could be in Registrar of Voters, Parks & Recreation, Veterans’ Services, Law Enforcement, etc.

Thirdly, locate news stories and/or videos to provide details (remember to cite all sources in-text and in the reference page). Then, explore the theoretical and practical foundations for the ethical dilemmas in the cases. Develop a thesis paragraph using a thesis sentence following by three themes to frame your paper – Be sure to include multiple theories, and information from the book to discuss the ethical implications of the cases.
