For your Final Project in this course, you’ll complete a written analysis of a healthcare policy (such as a new bill, regulation, judicial decision, or other health policy). The Final Project structure is as follows: Problem Statement Background Landscape Options Recommendations Its broken down further bellow PAPER CONTENT AND GUIDELINES Your paper should include the following sections and information: Problem Statement
The Problem Statement should be 1–2 pages in which you: Identify the problem you are analyzing; Clearly define the problem statement; and Identify several options for solving the problem. Background The Background section should be 2–3 pages in which you: Include all relevant background information on the topic and options; Clearly define why the issue is important; and Explain why the issue needs to be addressed now. Landscape The landscape section should be 2–3 pages in which you:
Identify the key stakeholders; Identify their position; and Identify the possible factors (all of them do not need to be included) relating to your topic or policy. Options The Options section should be 2–3 pages in which you:
Discuss the options and their relevance to the problem identified; Assess the pros and cons of each option; and Identify criteria to assess the options. Recommendations The Recommendations section should be 1–2 pages in which you: Recommend options; Explain your reasons for recommending these options; and Articulate why the issue needs to be addressed now.
