(Not all business’s offer a brief, therefor prospective sub-contractors may be required to research without guidance). Pitch to Tender document = Created by prospective subcontractors, it is a written breakdown of all key elements of their offering to the client. Also known as: Proposal, Bid… (Business’s and industries title this document to suit their needs). Additional Creatives = Visuals and imagery created by the prospective subcontractors to enhance their pitch offering to the client Pitch = A final meeting between the client and prospective subcontractors, where the prospective sub-contractor sells their concept to the client and negotiates to win their business
