Discuss the rationale for your selection of the specific model and its usefulness to your specific project. Also, Discuss how the model will help your project
In addition, provide a diagram of the model outlining your project. Include the diagram as an appendix in your paper.

4.     Summary
Summary of paper should reflect on the clinical significance of your model. Also, how the information will translate into practice change.
