Risk management- Performance Review

After watching the You-Tube video on Performance Review or use link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=idwZlq_yeC4 , answer the following questions: 1-Which employee character do you most associate with and why? 2-Do you do a self-evaluation before you meet with your manager? 3-Based on your last performance appraisal (evaluation), have you made changes to your nursing practice because of the comments your supervisor has given you? 4-Please explain why you decided to make or not make any changes. 5-Does an increase in your salary/bonus depend on your performance appraisal? or do you work in an organization where its an across the board increase (i.e. a collective bargaining organization, NYSNA, 1199,…). 6-Do you think that there should be incentives for performance and if so what should they be? 7-Should nurses be given incentives for meeting nursing/hospital goals such as a decrease in falls, pressure ulcers, and a decrease in infection rates?
