The reflective clinical is about a patient that I cared for in clinical. The profile/case is attached in the files. Use the case to talk about the refection of the clinical day. The floor that I worked on is a telemetry floor, the goals is monitored the patient keep them stable, and control their pain. you can also use one of my personal learning objectives for the clinical which is attached the files. all instruction are attached.
