Individual students will select a professional nurse in a role that is reflected in the chapter assigned and presented in the group presentation. (no duplications) and conduct a guided interview of a Registered Nurse (with BSN or higher degree) who is currently working in a clinical, educational, research, management role etc.
The purpose of this interview is to compare and apply theory and principles noted in your text with the practice and perspective of a primary source in the professional role. The student will also include a personal reflection regarding their personal and professional goals. See Blackboard LMS for further guidelines and rubric. This can be a visual presentation or written assignment.

Content is limited to 3 – 5 pages, not including the title and reference page or 10 slides if a visual presentation. See addendum for example of interview questions and BB-LMS for additional guidelines.
