Kant vs Aristotle moral theory
Kant’s and Aristotle’s views on why we should act morally. Both thinkers argue that it is in our self-interest to act morally, and if we do not, there is a price to pay. In order to be successful, you should attempt to demonstrate what both thinkers regard, respectively, as the highest value in their moral theories (axiology), and what we should do to attain this highest value (deontic principle). In addition, you should discuss what we lose, according to each thinker, if we do not act in the manner dictated by their moral system. Finally, you should argue which thinker’s view is more plausible and why.
