Movie Review:
Watch the movie “ Good Will Hunting”  (1997)  Cast: Matt Damon, Ben Affleck and Robin Williams   or  “ Forrest Gump”  (1994) Cast : Tom Hanks , Gary Sinise, Robin Wright & Sally Field. Please choose only one movie to review and complete the two parts of this assignment.

Part 1
At least two pages review of the movie, which includes the following elements:
A plot and setting summary ( no more than one paragraph each – Do not re tell the entire story)
Character description ( with emphasis on the person with special needs/requiring extra support)
Discussion of what you see as the motivation or reason for making this movie
Your reaction to the movie in general
Part 2
At least 3 pages discussion of your reaction to the portrayal of people with special needs/requiring extra support in this movie. Also, examine how those with special needs are portrayed and consider how this might be seen from a historical perspective.

Include the following:
Your reaction to how individuals with special needs/ those needing extra support are portrayed.
Impact on relationships (from the caregiver’s, teacher’s . and / or family’s perspective, or from the perspective of the person with special needs, whether adult or child).
Lastly, what would you do if you were in the same situation? In other words, if you were the caregiver, the teacher, or a family member, would you react or respond the same way or do you think you were act differently?
