Then, identify the frequency of Ethics training for employees – Locate a minimum of five (5) academic peer reviewed journal articles covering value-based ethics training vs. compliance-based ethics training Develop a 5-8 page paper addressing the following: –

Secondly, develop a thesis paragraph that discusses your view of Compliance vs. Value-Based Ethics training for your selected organization. The paper can take any form of discussion most appropriate for your agency, but at a minimum must discuss: – Agency’s Code of Ethics – Training – Compliance vs. Value-Based Training – How to frame a Value-Based training (be detail and specific) – Include Theoretical frameworks. Your recommendation for future trainings ‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‍or discussions

Grading Summary – Papers contain a minimum of 5 journal articles are reference, along with additional research from the textbook, videos and outside sources. Papers must have a strong thesis structure, and provide depth of theories. (ethics theories and also the inclusion of appropriate public administration theories). Papers must reflect insights and originality. Papers must be writing in APA format and contain a title page, running header, page numbers, use of proper headers, in-text citations and a properly formatted reference page.

Lastly, papers must be written in third-person language and free from spelling and grammatical errors.
