These are the factors: Change, Value conflicts, motivation(motivational strategies at the workplace), self esteem, assertive Behavior, creative problem solving, emotional intelligence, self awareness. Conduct a review of each factor accurately describing the factor, followed by examples from the workplace.(mobile retail/ warehouse) Review published research literature on each factor to provide a full and accurate description of that factor. (Really just 2-4 sentences on each one with at least four credible scientifically recognized references. )
