Secondly, develop a complete OLDCART note about the encounter. Then, review the AHRQ National Guidelines for the pathophysiologic condition you are treating. Summarize the current recommendations in 1–2 paragraphs.

Lastly, you can find the guidelines here https://www.guideline.gov/. Search the Library for three peer-reviewed articles on the pathophysiologic condition you managed. Summarize the current research on the issue, and how they affect your clinical decision making.
