What factors maybe will effect the location selection of the car design studio

Description

Research will work with a company called HPL Proto. it is a company that designs and manufactures prototype cars for the automotive industry. My research is to help HPL develop and implement a plan to consider the establishment of a car design studio in terms of Location factor.

The key question is ‘what factors maybe will effect the location selection of the car design studio?’ and the literature review wants to be forced on three areas,

1. how is the overseas offices strategy influence the studio’s location decision?

2. where is the customers for HPL? how does this influence the location decision?

3. where to find High-quality and qualified workers? Near university or the industry? how does this influence the location decision? I don’t want the literature review is a little bit brief, I want to dig deeper. like ‘why the overseas office strategy will influence the location decision’ ‘why the customer is important to the location decision’ ‘why skilled labour is also important’ and I want to have some arguments in the literature review.

The files I upload is a part of the literature review and I need to extended content and number of words. Based on this file, I want to have 3000 more words and please don’t repeat the same content written in the file, this is important.

How does a company move from counting widgets and measuring production based on numbers to a more innovative culture

Please answer following 2 question, with each in minimum of 140 words. please include references for each questions q1: encouragement surrounding innovation is at that top of the list. Most companies profess an “innovative” culture, but stifle employees from thinking creatively.

How does a company move from “counting widgets” and measuring production based on numbers, to a more innovative culture? q2: Robbins and Judge define group communications and the need for striking a solid communication format and process for teams (2019). Each employee have unique needs and goals that may not match those of their coworkers. Robbins and Judge (2019) state that each person has a “role” within a team and further state: By this term, we mean a set of expected behavior patterns attributed to someone occupying a given position in a social unit.

Our understanding of role behavior would be dramatically simplified if each of us chose one role and “played it out” regularly and consistently. Unfortunately, we are required to play a number of diverse roles, both on and off our jobs. If this is so, how do we integrate the many roles that each employee plays in creating a collaborative and conducive environment for employees to achieve the overall goals of the company, and their position?

Organizational Design Structure and Change Presentation

Benchmark

– Organizational Design, Structure, and Change Presentation Each year Fortune magazine publishes a “Most Admired” list of the top companies in the United States. Firms are rated on these eight dimensions: innovativeness, quality of management, long-term investment value, social responsibility to the community and the environment, people management, quality of products and services, financial soundness, wise use of corporate assets, and, if international, a ninth dimension: effectiveness in doing business globally. For this assignment, select a familiar organization (you are encouraged to select an organization in which you have been employed for at least 6 months).

Then, choose one of the eight dimensions used to rate top U.S. companies in which the organization appears to be underperforming. Prepare a PowerPoint presentation (12-15 slides) that addresses the following:

1. Identify a major issue the organization is facing and in which dimension (of the eight identified above) it is underperforming. Explain the ramifications the underperformance is currently having on the organization. Identify the likely consequence of failure to improve in the selected dimension.

2. Analyze the relevance of the current organizational structure, design, and culture and their influence on organizational effectiveness, especially in relationship to the dimension in which the organization is struggling.

3. Determine whether the organization embodies the principles and values of conscious culture and management and its relevance to improving organizational function.

4. Present a plan to bring about necessary improvement using Kotter’s 8-step change model.

5. Address possible challenges to the suggested change and your plans for managing those challenges.

6. Explain how different subsystems need to be realigned in order to bring about the change.
