As a strategic HR business partner in the organization, your immediate role is to partner with organizational stakeholders to formulate strategies to effectively manage people management activities thereby creating organizational value. A starting point to begin the value creation process will be to understand your role in HR and the needs of the business and employees. Write a four to five (4-5) page paper in which you: Discuss what is known as the chain of success for creating value through human resources. What part of the chain might be considered most important and why? Review and select three (3) of the 6 HR competencies addressed in the textbook in chapter 1 you feel are most important and explain why. Be specific. Analyze and discuss the three common competitive business strategies to include examples of organizations utilizing the strategies. Identify and discuss specific practices to increase fairness and safety in the workplace. What must leaders do? What must employees do? Use at least three (3) quality academic resources in this assignment. Note: Wikipedia and other Websites do not qualify as academic resources. APA format; Use American English and easy to find references; Use diagrams but not mandatory The paper should be 1100 words long
