You must convince your organization’s executive management of the business case for a transformational safety management program. To do so, create a scenario of a seriously injured, highly skilled worker whose experience and expertise cannot be easily replaced. You must include all direct and indirect costs (numbers) in your argument. This paper should include research on your costs. Cost of accident -direct and indirect cost as well as cost of your proposal to support your argument. Be sure to cite and reference all material that is not your own. Truly respect and value the people in your organization, which in turn will inspire not just hard work, but also excellence and dedication from your employees.
