Strategic Issue in Organization
Identify a strategic issue that your organization faces. Describe the issue, and explain why it is a strategic issue. Identify the aspects of the VUCA environment that are most relevant to the issue (what aspects of the issue are volatile, uncertain, complex, and/or ambiguous?) Consider the “boundary spanning” and meta-leadership practices that will need to be leveraged to address the issue. Cite specific readings from this lesson to support your analysis.
