Specifically address holocracy as an alternative organizational structure because it has been adopted by other organizations around the world. You realize holocracy is normally used to replace the traditional management hierarchy, which means you will have to write about the evolution of organizational theory and behavior to bring it to the contemporary holocracy alternative.
