Experience working in both inpatient/outpatient psych unit. have been a floor nurse, charge nurse, also intake nurse may have had in a leadership role. What are your goals for this course? is to learn different leadership role especially from being a nurse to nurse practitioner and also to learn leadership skill to apply in current position aswell as future position as a nurse practitioner
