Vocational goals
Vocational goals could include skills needed to find a job, maintain a job, or perform specific tasks required for the job. This could include anything from interviewing skills to following a bus schedule or practising routine tasks. Like any other IEP goal, vocational goals must be age-appropriate and measurable.

Effective counselling
Firstly, Effective counselling is a two way street. It takes a cooperative effort by both the person receiving counselling and the counsellor.
Secondly, It’s important that you and your counsellor establish a good relationship that allows you to be completely honest about your thoughts and feelings.
What is needed for effective counselling?
Firstly, Counsellor must possess a strong set of interpersonal skills to help establish rapport quickly with clients and develop strong relationships. Secondly, They must give their undivided attention to clients and be able to cultivate trust.
