Your paper should look at what is considered the norm, what is legally (if at all) required, and what are some of the novel approaches to this area. Additionally you should use your new found knowledge of personnel psychology to evaluate the effectiveness (or lack of) these programs and use the theory from the course to explain why they are or are not effective.
