Prevalence (this is a specific thing, make sure you know the actual definition and how it is different from incidence) 8. Mode of Transmission 9. Incubation period 10. Period of communicability 11. Method of control 12. Specific treatment Your information will need to come from scholarly sources, which include textbooks, journal articles, and websites with .edu and .gov. Check here and here if you need a refresher on scholarly sources. If you are very unfamiliar with your topic, you can always use something like Wikipedia to get familiar with your disease, but then move to the scholarly sources. A minimum of 5 scholarly sources is required.
