Comparison of different regions achievements and problems during various periods

Compare the achievements and the problems of government in the following three periods in Asia, Latin America, and Europe. The three periods are as follows: the Origins of Global Interdependence (1500-1800), an Age of Revolution, Industry and Empire (1750-1914), and the Contemporary World (1914-the present); and “government” can refer both to the creation of political units and to the governing of existing units. You must give examples drawn from the text by Bentley. This paper should be about 1, 500-1750 words in length.
