drug therapy plan. Include a point for each drug the patient is currently taking. Should it be continued, adjusted, or stopped? Add new drugs if
needed. Include drug name, dose, frequency, and duration of treatment / follow-up.

textbook or drug reference for the signs and symptoms of the disease state. You can also use primary research studies that fit the patient.
You have access to Merck Manual through Walden’s library. Go to Library, then Databases A-Z. Click on M and scroll down for Merck Manual. In
Merck Manual you can search by disease state (medical topic) or by drug (under Drug info). I shared how to reference Merck Manual in a
