Designing a website using visual studio

Design website using visual studio  we will design a website to order food. simple clean layout. more than 3 forms joined. to main page. make it simple and easy to use. i need the menu to have help menu that contain : info. etc.. and also file and edit. the user should be able to type in location please use these cities ( dubai , sharjah, abudhabi.) , then to view a menu of 3 restaurants lets say ( mcdonalds, and any other 2 ) every menu should have at least 3 categories ( meal, drinks, extra) with min. 3 items. i will provide code. you can copy- paste and make minor changes and clear errors. i will also provide the diagrams i used for use cases. i didnt attend many classes. i explain what i know best. maybe when u check the codes and the use cases you would have a different idea. feel free to ask any q.
