Budget for Flavored Milk being Offered to Elemenntary Schools in PA  I need a detailed budget proposal with an excel spreadsheet to explain as well, to bring to a school board to offer flavored milk in elementary schools across the state of PA. I need the real cost of milk for this age group, as opposed to the real prices of other drinks like juices and water. In recent years, states like NY for example have banned flavored milks. I need their budgets compared to PA state. I have gathered that there are around 4,023 elementary schools across the state. I will provide numerous links as well.
