Identify a leader to interview (Residential Director at a University – Roland or anyone in Maine are) and observe for five to eight hours. Your goals are: 1. to learn about leadership in real environments 2. test theories and concepts you are being exposed to ( in class and in literature) 3. think about the impact the chosen leader has on individuals and the organization.
