Each student will complete a report that applies innovation to the health care/promotion organization (*Organization in question is the Non-Profit Organization known as part of the solution, also known as POTS,

you may choose any common issue associated with non profit organization of your liking relating it to the information on their homepage). Each student must prepare an 8 page paper describing the ways in which the concerns raised in the interview would improve with innovation to improve the operation.

Using topics from the texts, systems tools, management and evaluation strategies to in your proposal, clearly identify the issue(s) being addressed, for example, personnel, training, partnership development, financial management system etc., and the impact on the mission, goals and objectives of the organization. Clearly indicate the changes in resources, management style or other system changes that would be necessary to achieve successful outcomes. Include key decision makers and state why support from the decision makers is needed. In conclusion, explain why your plan is feasible and appropriate, and any limitations or unaddressed factors.

Your project will be graded according to the organization, thoroughness and clarity of the report. Provide an overview (1-2 pages), summary of problem (1 paragraph); a brief vision & mission statements, (1/2 page) discuss the issues and the driving forces of the condition (1-2 pages), summarize the innovation/quality improvement (1/2 page), objectives and strategies (2-3), summary/key take away of the entire paper (1/2 – 1 page).

Please provide at least 10 references and carefully cite all sources, using APA format. The final project should be typed double-spaced, Times New Roman, 12-point font with 1” margins and adhere to the APA style.
