Radiomics research in prostate cancer

Description

The idea would be to use publically available data from The Cancer Imaging Archive (https://www.cancerimagingarchive.net/) focused on Prostate Cancer with Radiomics tools from “The Computational Environment for Radiological Research” (Deasy JO, Blanco AI, Clark VH. CERR: a computational environment for radiotherapy research. Med Phys. 2003;30:979–985.) and the latest extension to that (Apte et al. Technical Note: Extension of CERR for computational radiomics: A comprehensive MATLAB platform for reproducible radiomics research. Med Phys. 2018;45:3713-3720) to predict Gleason Grade and then test that on new data
