Here are the requirements: ABSTRACT (no more than 400 words) The abstract succinctly summarizes the topic of the study, the problem, the setting, and the various stages in conducting the action research. Major results and important discussion are provided. INTRODUCTION (no more than 2 pages) The introduction provides the reader with a general overview of the topic and sets the tone for the problem of the study. CONTEXT OF STUDY Statement of the problem (no more than 1 page) Here the researcher focuses on describing the real problem or issue under investigation in the school or the educational institution. Methods and procedures The researcher introduces various phases or stages of the study (one paragraph). Phase 1: assessing In this section, the research describes how he/she assessed the issue under investigation, and what methods were used to do the assessment? (no more than 2 pages). Phase 2: planning The research describes what plans and activities taken to solve the problem or overcome the challenge (no more than 2 page). Phase 3: pre-implementation Here, the researcher identifies what was done to start the interventions/activities. It could mean getting approvals, forming teams, distributing tasks, setting guidelines, etc. (no more than 2 pages). RESULTS Phase 4: implementing Implementing is the real actions taken. In this part of the report, the researcher summarizes what was conducted and the results of the study (what happens after implementing the plan and activities). (no more than 4 pages). Phase 5: evaluating Here the researcher describes what methods taken to evaluate the actions. What were the results of the evaluation stage? (no more than 2 pages).
