Paper details Research and present an in-depth review of the literature and presenting the best practice on Workforce Diversity in in human resources for healthcare organizations. What is the data that supports success or progress in this topic area in practice? • Identification of three Best Practices that a nurse manager/leader could apply related to workforce diversity with examples (25 points) • Discussion of implications of workforce diversity area for the MSN prepared nurse manager/leader.
