Why are diamonds more expensive than water? • Evaluate the law of diminishing marginal utility. • Identify some items, explaining your reasoning, that do not follow the law of diminishing marginal utility. • Evaluate how the law of diminishing marginal utility can explain the diamond-water paradox.
