Human Resource Management for an organization TERM PROJECT: (The Strategic Importance of Human Resource Management) PART I: Written Paper Students will select an organization on which to complete their research by examining “The Strategic Importance of Human Resource Management” in that organization. In accomplishing this, students will write a minimum 10-page (excluding Title Page and Reference Page) paper using the APA format and standards. The following themes should be apparent in the written paper: Background of the Chosen Organization Mission and Vision of the Chosen Organization Leadership and Management Structure of the Chosen Organization The Functional Activities of the Chosen Organization Highlight the Human Resource Management Functions of the Chosen Organization Explain the Strategic Value of Human Resource Management to the Chosen Organization Identify and describe the major Human Resource Management challenges of the Chosen Organization and how leaders and managers are addressing these: For example, through training and development, teamwork, incentive programs, managing change, etc. Provide Insights into the future of Human Resource Management in the Chosen Organization Draw Conclusion and provide Recommendations for making Human Resource Management more strategic and to address identified problems of the Chosen Organization.
