Consumer Health Tools= Websites, social media, telephone/texting,  remote monitoring devices, and CHI sensors

IDENTIFY OVERALL GAPS AND OPPORTUNITIES
·       Did what you found in your landscape analysis align with your vision?  For example, if you felt that a certain type of informational web site would be particularly helpful to your target audience, did you find such web sites? What was similar? What was different?
Secondly, what were the strengths of what you found, in terms of meeting your target users’ needs and capabilities by using this type of CHI, that you did not consider?
Thirdly, what were the strengths of your vision that were missing from what you found?
What, if anything, concerns you about what you found?
Also, what could be done better?
What tools need to be somehow connected that are not?
Who should be a co-user that is not presently?
Lastly, what part of your target population is being left out?

Basing on the weaknesses and gaps you identification above in what presently exists, what key things could be done to create additional or improve existing CHI for your target sub-population? You do not have to address all gaps but pick out a few that could make a difference. Develop a concept statement that you will elaborate in Assignment 3 as follows:
