Analyze the health of the current state of the organization and two variables

This assignment will allow you to practice your skills at conducting a  SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis of your organization. Determine two variables for each of the four categories. Based on your interpretation of the influencing variables, analyze the health of the current state of the organization. Then, consider the influence of conflict, power, negotiations, and politics that you observe, in order to provide recommendations to move the organization towards a more positive future state.

Select the two (2) most influential variables in each category, and then formulate a plan to ensure changes to sustain the status quo or implement desirable change. Discuss how you will implement these initiatives and what changes in the organization may be required to overcome any dissension or resistance that is likely to be met.

Present your SWOT analysis in the form of a one-page chart that summarizes each of the four sections of the analysis. Then, write a 2 to 3-page analysis of each of the four quadrants of your SWOT.

Support your paper with a minimum of three resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
